Service Description

This is a online meal planning zoom session. In this session I will create gather the information to create a 30 day meal plan for breakfast, lunch & dinner for your specific goals and preferences. I will also include some snack ideas as a bonus. This plan will include recipes and suggestions as well as a meal planning calendar. This service also includes a mid plan follow up 15min check in to see how the meal plan is working for you. Please complete this form before our appointment. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling is bound to happen but you are allowed 1 reschedule for a session.. If the reschedule is missed then you have used that session and it will not be refunded or replaced
